In case of submission of an Accident Declaration to our company , please be aware that the necessary supporting documents for the examination of your claim are:
- POLICE REPORT OR FRIENDLY DECLARATION CONFIRMING THE ACCIDENT.
- REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE OF YOUR VEHICLE.
- DRIVING LICENSE AND ID COPY OF THE INVOLVED DRIVERS.
- LOCATION OF YOUR VEHICLE SUFFERED MATERIAL DAMAGES.
- PHOTOS FROM THE ACCIDENT’S PLACE (IF AVAILABLE).
- GREEN CARD OR INSURANCE CONTRACT OF THE “LIABLE” VEHICLE ACCORDING WITH THE SUBMITTED ICS-ACCIDENT DECLARATION FORM (IF AVAILABLE).
- IMPERIAL CLAIMS SERVICES ACCIDENT DECLARATION FORM (PDF file)
